MystEast is operated by HONG KONG VEALUM LIMITED (香港樾寰有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong. We specialize in handcrafted bracelets, aromatic wellness products, and personalized birth chart services.
2. Products & Orders
2.1 Made to Order
All MystEast products are handcrafted to order based on your birth chart. Each piece is individually crafted and quality-checked before shipping.
2.2 Production Time
- Custom products: 7-14 business days
- Standard products: 3-5 business days
2.3 Order Accuracy
Please ensure all order information (birth details, shipping address, etc.) is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other supported payment methods.
3.3 Currency
Transactions are processed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong to over 200 countries and territories.
4.2 Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders include free standard shipping
- Express Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees apply)
4.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North America: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5-12 business days
- Other regions: 15-30 business days
4.4 Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, non-personalized items in original packaging.
5.2 Custom Products
Personalized items crafted based on your birth chart are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
5.3 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on mysteast.shop — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of HONG KONG VEALUM LIMITED and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MystEast and HONG KONG VEALUM LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
