All MystEast products are handcrafted to order based on your personal BaZi birth chart. Please allow:

• 3-5 business days for custom bracelet creation

• 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging Total processing time: 4-7 business days before shipping

• Orders over $80 USD: Free worldwide shipping

• Standard international shipping (7-15 business days) PAID SHIPPING:

• Orders under $80 USD: $5.99 flat rate

• Standard international shipping (7-15 business days)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

• Express shipping available at checkout

• 3-7 business days delivery time

• Additional fees apply

We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and territories.

TRACKING INFORMATION

• All orders include tracking numbers

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

• These fees are the responsibility of the customer

• MystEast is not responsible for delays due to customs

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MystEast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at mysteast@outlook.com with photos of the damage.
