📌 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 At MystEast, every piece is handcrafted specifically for you based on your personal BaZi birth chart, zodiac sign, and Five Elements profile. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following policy:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR:

 • Change of mind

• Incorrect birth information provided

 • Sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)

• Color variations due to natural materials RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR:

 • Damaged items upon delivery (must report within 7 days)

 • Manufacturing defects (must report within 7 days)

• Wrong item received

 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

  1. Email us at mysteast@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue 
  3. We will review and respond within 48 hours
