All MystEast products are handcrafted to order based on your personal birth information. Please allow:

• 3-5 business days for custom bracelet creation
• 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging
• Total processing time: 4-7 business days before shipping

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's customs policy before ordering.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
